The Harbor House and The Mint at Bayfront, are a multi-building development that is part of the Hercules Bayfront Masterplan Community. This exciting next phase of the masterplan is the first located on the waterfront.
Harbor House will be the first building to be delivered. The exterior is designed with the Bay Area Eclectic aesthetic, the first use this architecture style in the masterplan. Residents will have a choice of 120 studio, one, two-bedroom and loft units. Harbor House will feature an intimate resident courtyard, co-workspaces, a resident lounge, fitness center, a bike repair shop, and pet wash facility.
The Mint will be the second building to deliver in this development. Future residents living at The Mint will have unobstructed views of the beautiful San Pablo Bay from their balconies.
The exterior facade of The Mint, designed by BAR Architects, is the waterfront-warehouse motif and incorporates industrial, traditional, and modern cladding elements. The Mint includes 267 studio, one, two, three bedroom and loft suites, a fitness center, library, resident lounge, and a taproom with a beer garden.
Upon completion, residents of both The Mint and Harbor House will have access to the various amenities in each building. The Mint will add a tap room amenity, outdoor green house, fitness facility and sprawling courtyard with bayfront views to the overall development. Both properties have access to the adjacent bay trail and surrounding parks, making this phase a highly amenitized and desirable project.
