Techridge Masterplan

Situated 13 miles north of Austin, the Techridge master planned community is located near the campuses of major tech employers such as Dell, Apple, IBM, and Samsung.  The community features a lakeside jogging track, and amenities such as resort style pools and fitness centers available in each development.

The Techridge master planned community was developed in multiple phases, offering 2,213 apartment units, including The Oaks, Lakewood, NXNE, Ambrosio, Edgewater, and Vineyard, with the final phase completed in 2021.
