Lakes At Techridge

Developed by Ledcor Development and partners, this office development has achieved a LEED® Silver rating, thanks to its highly efficient heating and cooling systems, sustainable construction, and other energy-efficient elements.

The building features a long rectangular glazed glass structure, enveloped by a delicate screen to temper the effects of the mid-day sun. The Lakes at Techridge was completed in 2016.
