Wailea Lands

Wailea Resort is a 1,500 acre master-planned residential resort community located on Maui’s leeward side in the traditional Hawaiian moku of Honuaʻula. The resort sits nestled at the base of the green slopes of Haleakalā with over 2 miles of coastline.

With the completion of an Environmental Impact Statement in April of 2025, Ledcor  is planning for permitting of a selection of properties in Wailea for residential housing, including workforce housing.  These infill properties are zoned for residential use and will feature LEED certification, introduction of culturally curated areas for native plants that once thrived in this region, and workforce/employee housing that meets the needs of the Maui workforce.
