Ledcor is pleased to announce the appointment of Pat Patterson as President, Ledcor Properties Inc., Ledcor Development LP, and Ledcor Property Investment Ltd.

Pat has initiated, managed, and delivered many successful real estate development projects in the US, and we look forward to his leadership as Ledcor continues to expand and grow our property development business in select states.”

Pat Patterson has over 3 decades of real estate development experience in the US, including senior operational and financial roles with Intracorp, Catellus, Trammell Crow, and others. Pat is based in Irvine, California, with Ledcor’s US development team.

In the US, Ledcor Development LP has been active in property development since the 1990s and is managing a development portfolio of eight active projects in California, Texas, Washington, and Hawaii valued at more than $2 Billion (USD). Ledcor Development LP’s expertise is in residential property development, both rental and condominium sales.

In Canada, Ledcor Property Investment Ltd is active with select investments in real estate construction projects, primarily in Alberta and British Columbia.
